You can always expect good attentive service. I brought my lawn mower blade in for sharpening expecting to pick it back up at a later date. Oh no! Along with Harmony Co-op, they are the nicest staff in town. The manager helped me buy a chainsaw and seeing that I've never used one before, took the time to explain all the details.
